The Charcoal Pit is a family-owned restaurant dedicated to bringing the authentic taste of Lebanese sandwiches to Haverhill. Since our arrival in the U.S. in 2007, we have carried a dream—to share the rich flavors and traditions of our homeland with our new community.
Our Story
Our journey began with a deep passion for food and a love for Lebanese cuisine. Growing up, we were surrounded by the irresistible aromas of charcoal-grilled meats, freshly baked bread, and hand-prepared ingredients that define Lebanese street food. We wanted to recreate those experiences and share them with others, bringing a true taste of Lebanon to Haverhill.
